With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and Kaizen, quality management lies at the heart of all processes at Yamagata Europe. The documentation and evaluation of our quality processes has been formalized in an ISO 9001 certification since 2011.
Later this year, we also have an audit for the ISO 17100 translation services standard scheduled.
